Avery wants to impress her crush at the next local game night, but she's never played GEMCARD before, so she decides to play the virtual online RPG version of the game. There she meets an undersea princess, and together they embark on a short but memorable card-battling adventure!
Made for RMN's A MIGHTY CHALLENGE FOR THE ALL POWERFUL GAYS Pride Month game jam in 2024, this is a short (1-2 hour) card battling RPG inspired by Slay the Spire and other card video games. Beat goofy enemies, collect new cards, build your deck however you like, and if you play your cards right, there might even be some smooching at some point!
Known issues: There's a rare bug where the game may crash if you die to damage from a status card. Also the skill description window is a bit wonky, will look to get that fixed after the game jam.

I had a lot of fun with this game! The romance was cute and the card game tough enough to give me a bit of a challenge but not so tough as to be frustrating. Thank you so much for sharing! :D
